Exchanges & Returns

Are you unsatisfied with the size or model ordered?

We’re sorry about that but don’t worry, you have 14 days from the date you received the package to request an exchange or reimbursement. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs.


If you would like to make an exchange, the simplest way is to write us at with “Exchange” as the subject in specifying your order number, the article and what you would like to exchange it for. We are available to give you advice.


If you prefer a return, send us a message at with “Return” as the subject in indicating the order number, the article and the reason you are returning it (so we can better understand what wasn’t right).

The article must then be imperatively returned unworn and unwashed in its original packaging  and be accompanied by the bill or order number to the following address:

To avoid risks of loss or delay, we strongly advise that you send it back in a method where you will have a tracking number.

As soon as we receive your article, we will reimburse you using the same payment method you used when you ordered it. The reimbursement process is usually done within 5 days from when we receive it.
